Guoda Company held a commendation meeting for innovative role models for the National Day holiday.

On the morning of October 5th, Guoda Company held an "Eleventh" Innovation Commendation Conference and Exchange Interaction Activity at the staff school. The conference solemnly commended advanced individuals who made outstanding contributions to the work of innovation breakthroughs and the implementation of the "24-character guideline." It mobilized all cadres and employees to invigorate their spirits, boost morale, and make new and greater contributions to promoting the company's breakthrough year's work.
The meeting was presided over by Liu Jincai, chairman of the trade union. Xu Yongxiang, president of the company; Lü Shouming, rotating general manager; Liu Zhanlin, deputy general manager; Duan Jianbo, rotating deputy general manager; and some employee representatives attended the meeting.
At the meeting, General Manager Lü read out the decision on commending innovative role models and those with special contributions. Company leaders presented honorary certificates and bonuses to "outstanding innovation projects," "outstanding innovation teams," "outstanding innovative employees," "outstanding service innovation employees," "outstanding marketing innovation employees," "outstanding innovative team leaders," "outstanding innovative managers," "outstanding innovative cadres," and individuals with special contributions. Two advanced representatives of innovation made typical speeches, and three employees gave innovation presentations. President Xu gave an important speech at the meeting.
In his speech, President Xu reviewed the more than 20-year development history of Guoda Company and highly praised the spirit of China's aerospace industry embodied by Guoda employees—their extraordinary perseverance, fighting spirit, problem-solving abilities, and dedication; their glorious tradition of facing danger without fear, remaining calm, striving for progress; and their excellent qualities of loyalty to the enterprise and dedication to their careers. He also expressed his high respect and heartfelt gratitude to the employees on behalf of the company's management.
President Xu proposed that to repay the enormous contributions made by employees over the past 20 years, the company should and must have a grateful heart. In the next step, the company will strive to achieve three firsts in terms of wages, bonuses, and welfare to reward employees: First, the per capita income of employees should always remain the highest among ground enterprises in the city; second, the annual growth rate of employee wages should always remain the highest in the city; and third, the per capita welfare benefits distributed annually should always remain the highest in the city.
Regarding the next development plan, President Xu pointed out that during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, we should create a development pattern within the enterprise where Zhaoye Company and Guoda Company advance side by side. We should focus on three transformations to develop and expand the enterprise: from single gold smelting to comprehensive resource utilization; from the gold smelting industry to the non-ferrous metal smelting industry; and from the gold smelting industry to the chemical industry. This will enable the company to enter the fast lane of leapfrog development, surpass leading domestic companies in the same industry, and regain its leading position in the smelting industry.
Finally, President Xu called on all cadres and employees to continue carrying forward the company's six spirits and glorious traditions in this epoch-making wave of innovation. Under the guidance of the corporate culture of "proactive, innovative, and personalized; open, inclusive, and humane," they should fully demonstrate their unique innovative style, their noble professional ethics, and their indomitable entrepreneurial spirit. This will ensure the full implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan," regain the leading position in the smelting industry, achieve new successes, and establish new merits!
