From October 27th to 28th, the Shandong Provincial Safety Standardization Benchmarking and Acceptance Expert Group conducted an assessment and acceptance of the safety standardization work of Guoda Company. After on-site assessment and scoring, the company's "National Level Two Safety Standardization Enterprise" benchmarking and acceptance was unanimously passed.
Since the launch of the safety standardization creation work, Guoda Company's leadership has attached great importance to it, establishing a leadership group for the creation activities, formulating an implementation plan for the benchmarking activities, and organizing several special meetings to make meticulous arrangements for this work.
To promote the smooth progress of the creation work, the company has drawn management, safety, and technical backbones to strengthen the leadership group for the creation activities, conducting self-examination, self-evaluation, and rectification according to the safety standardization norms, establishing and improving various safety responsibility systems, safety management systems, and operating procedures, and standardizing safe production behavior. Each production unit also organized a strong professional inspection team, checking the implementation item by item from the team to the post employees, according to the safety standardization assessment and evaluation criteria and inspection checklist.
After the day-and-night work of the relevant staff, the company has supplemented and improved more than 100 safety production management systems, operating procedures, and related standards, standardized the safety responsibilities of senior, middle-level cadres, team leaders, and personnel at their posts, improved and perfected the three-level safety management network, introduced risk assessment procedures, and strengthened the all-round control of the site, equipment, and personnel through innovative management, forming a complete and standardized three-level safety supervision network system throughout the company.
At the same time, the company has invested more than 2.6 million yuan to add various safety facilities and emergency rescue equipment, set up safety culture corridors, hazardous chemical information cards, and safety signs in prominent locations, unified and standardized the guardrails of the entire company, added safety colors to pipelines and equipment, and implemented a three-level safety monitoring system at the factory, workshop, and team levels for existing safety hazards, especially key parts and key devices such as leaks, spills, dripping, leakage, flammables, explosives, dust, and toxic substances, so that unsafe states of objects and unsafe behaviors of people are comprehensively controlled, and the company's on-site work areas and safety conditions have been comprehensively improved.
The successful passing of the "National Level Two Safety Standardization Enterprise" benchmarking and acceptance marks the entry of Guoda Company's safety production standardization work into the track of standardized management, laying a solid foundation for building an inherently safe enterprise.
