Recently, the Shandong Provincial People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Pilot Projects on Circular Economy in Shandong Province," listing 10 cities, 20 parks, and 300 enterprises across the province in the province's "123" circular economy project. Guoda Company is among them, listed as a pilot enterprise for the provincial circular economy, and its project on "extraction of gold, silver, copper, sulfur, arsenic, and iron oxide from complex gold-bearing minerals" is one of three key projects for research and exploration of circular economy models in the gold industry.
For many years, Guoda Company has regarded the development of a circular economy as an important strategy for its sustainable development. Focusing on transforming its economic growth model, aiming to improve resource efficiency, and driven by technological innovation, the company has made positive efforts in resource conservation and comprehensive utilization, and clean production. Through accelerating technological innovation and transformation, the company has now formed a development model of "resources—products—waste—recycled resources." Following this model, the company has planned and constructed a circular economy industrial park centered on seven major projects, including acid production from tailings, waste heat power generation, and precious metal refining and deep processing. During this period, it has also developed and promoted a series of new technologies. The provincial government's "Implementation Plan for Pilot Projects on Circular Economy" is both full affirmation of the company's experience and practices in developing a circular economy, and provides new opportunities for the company to develop its circular economy based on its own actual situation.

Although gold prices rose this week, market volatility has clearly increased. While the US-UK agreement is symbolic, its content is limited and insufficient to alleviate concerns about a global economic slowdown. Therefore, gold prices will continue to fluctuate between safe havens and policy signals, closely monitoring the Federal Reserve's interest rate expectations and global trade sentiment.
