The signing ceremony was presided over by Du Xudong, Assistant to the Mayor, and Yang Guang, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade.
InSun Corporation is a professional dental alloy material production company integrating product research and development, production, and sales. It possesses world-leading production technology and an extensive marketing network, with products sold in more than 150 countries and regions including Japan, Germany, and Europe, demonstrating strong market competitiveness. Since the end of 2004, both parties have reached a cooperation consensus through numerous friendly contacts and negotiations. Last December, President Park Hyungseok personally visited cities such as Yantai, Qingdao, Shanghai, and Shenzhen to conduct a comprehensive and detailed investigation of the Chinese market for precious metal alloys used in dentistry, achieving ideal results.
According to the contract, both parties will jointly invest in establishing Zhaoyuan InSun Zhaoyuan Dental Materials Co., Ltd. within Zhaoyuan, with Shandong Zhaoking Group's Zhaoyuan Gold Refinery Co., Ltd. and InSun Corporation as joint venture partners. The joint venture company will mainly engage in the development, production, and sales of precious metal alloy dental materials. The company's production scale will continuously expand with market development and improvements in production technology. The projected annual output in the first year after reaching full production capacity is 3 tons. The entire project is planned to be completed and put into operation this October.
After the signing ceremony, Mayor Xu Shaoning congratulated both parties on their cooperation. He pointed out that the production of dental materials is both a good project that extends the gold industry chain and a project that benefits humanity. It must be developed and done well, and the municipal Party committee and government will provide maximum support. President Park Hyungseok expressed gratitude for the enthusiasm and support of Mayor Xu Shaoning and other leaders, stating that he would do his utmost to operate this project well for the benefit of hundreds of millions of Chinese patients with dental diseases.
This cooperation and signing with InSun Corporation not only means that the company has added a new partner but also marks further development in the company's strategic transformation. It is believed that under the premise of benefiting the development of the gold industry and the development of Chinese medicine, both parties will achieve mutual benefit and win-win results through resource sharing and complementary advantages.
