On the morning of October 10, 2019, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Second Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of National University Company were grandly held in the company's second-floor meeting room. The meeting was presided over by Xu Yongxiang, chairman of the board of directors, and was attended by representatives of the company's shareholders, all directors, and supervisors.


On the morning of October 10, 2019, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Second Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of Guoda Company were grandly held in the company's second-floor meeting room. The meeting was chaired by Xu Yongxiang, chairman of the board, and was attended by representatives of the company's shareholders, all directors, and supervisors.
During the shareholders' meeting, the attending shareholder representatives studied and discussed relevant topics, including the company's 2018 annual financial settlement and 2019 annual financial budget, the 2018 annual report of the board of supervisors, the resolution on authorizing the signing of loan guarantee and gold leasing documents, the establishment of investment and participation companies, the profit distribution plan, and the adjustment of members of the board of supervisors, and formed resolutions. The meeting determined that the members of the board of supervisors would be changed to: Wang Qiliang, Wu Chaozhong, Guo Rui, Kong Lingqiang, and Wang Weiliang. The board of supervisors elected Wang Qiliang as the chairman of the board of supervisors of Guoda Company.
At the board of directors meeting, all directors deliberated and passed resolutions on relevant motions, including personnel appointments and removals of the management team, the 2018 economic situation report, the confirmation of scrapped asset losses, and the management methods for the annual salary system of the management team. The meeting agreed to appoint five comrades, Sun Demao, Ji Changsong, Zhang Yu, Ou Haitao, and Yao Yongjun, as deputy general managers of Shandong Guoda Gold Co., Ltd., and to dismiss Liu Zhanlin from the position of deputy general manager of Shandong Guoda Gold Co., Ltd.
During the meeting, all participants congratulated and thanked the company's cadres and employees for their achievements in 2018. Everyone agreed that, under the increasingly severe international and domestic situations, the company was still able to exceed its annual targets and achieve new breakthroughs in the industry, a feat worthy of praise and admiration.
