The meeting consisted of two parts: the annual work summary and commendation, and the third session of the second employee representative conference. Attendees included all senior executives of the company, the main leaders of various units, some advanced individuals, and employee representatives.
The annual work conference was presided over by President Xu Yongxiang. At the meeting, Vice General Manager Liu Zhanlin read out the decision on awarding advanced collectives and individuals in 2011. Company leaders presented honorary plaques and certificates to representatives of "Meritorious Units," "Advanced Units," "Excellent Employees," and "Excellent Marketing Personnel" in the deepening innovation year. Vice General Manager Wang Lixin summarized the achievements of the 2011 work, Vice General Manager Yin Ruixue reported on the problems existing in the 2011 work and the goals and tasks for 2012, and Vice General Managers Sun Haofei, Lü Shuming, and Chairman of the Trade Union Liu Jincai respectively made arrangements and deployments for enterprise management work, technological innovation work, and cultural construction work in 2012.
The five vice presidents carefully summarized the brilliant achievements made by the company in the deepening innovation year in their reports, pointed out the three main problems currently facing the enterprise, analyzed the new situation facing the enterprise, put forward the guiding ideology and goals and tasks for 2012, and elaborated on specific measures and requirements around building a new enterprise management platform, promoting enterprise technological progress, and cultivating the competitive advantages of enterprise characteristic culture. Subsequently, Chairman of the Trade Union Liu Jincai presided over the company's third session of the second employee representative conference. The representatives attending the meeting listened to the company's 2011 annual work report, deliberated on the 2011 safety production situation report, the proposals of the third session of the first employee representative conference, the implementation situation report of good deeds and good things in 2011, and the factory affairs disclosure report, and the conference was successfully concluded.
