Guoda Company cares about its employees' lives, starting with the details and ensuring food safety from the source. They carefully examine and strictly control the food procurement for the employee cafeteria. Employee representatives were organized to conduct on-site inspections of the pork, flour, and bean product markets, ensuring safe food reaches the employee dining tables, allowing employees to eat comfortably, with peace of mind, and healthily.
In response to current market issues such as "lean meat essence," "swill-fed pork," "problem meat," and "additive flour," Guoda Company organized employee representatives to conduct on-site inspections of local pig farms, flour mills, and bean product processing plants. They supervised and spot-checked the pig raising, quarantine, and feed mixing, the wheat washing, milling, quality, hygiene, weighing, canning, and sealing processes in flour production, as well as the raw materials, processing, and hygiene of bean products. During the flour mill inspection, employee representatives supervised the processing of 50 bags of additive-free, unbleached, and pollution-free flour, which was then transported back to the company.
After the inspection, Guoda Company reached agreements with relatively standardized manufacturers for the supply of meat, vegetables, and noodles to the employee cafeteria. Going forward, the cafeteria's food procurement will adhere to comparing prices from three sources, implement designated procurement, reduce intermediate links, and have employee representatives conduct irregular supervision and spot checks of procurement, resolutely preventing problematic food from entering the employee dining tables.
